Job Brief
- Month-end Income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement preparation.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Month-end reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
- Maintaining General ledger and passing journal entries.
- Annual budget preparation.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in the preparation of any reports and analysis requirements regardless of reporting frequency including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc.
Skills and Qualifications
- CPA Part 2 or ACCA
- A business degree will be an added advantage
- 2 year experience in a similar position
- ERP Accounting system experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or data analyst from an accredited college or university, with a professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other applicable certifications.
Technical and Individual Competencies Required
- Excellent reading, verbal, and written English skills.
- Capable of effectively & efficiently handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
- Be able to remain rational and calm under pressure.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs - MS Office & Excel
- Knowledge in Netsuite and Resrequest will be an added advantage
