Job Brief

  • Month-end Income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement preparation.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Month-end reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Maintaining General ledger and passing journal entries.
  • Annual budget preparation.
  • Assist the Chief Accountant in the preparation of any reports and analysis requirements regardless of reporting frequency including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • CPA Part 2 or ACCA
  • A business degree will be an added advantage
  • 2 year experience in a similar position
  • ERP Accounting system experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or data analyst from an accredited college or university, with a professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other applicable certifications.

Technical and Individual Competencies Required

  • Excellent reading, verbal, and written English skills.
  • Capable of effectively & efficiently handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
  • Be able to remain rational and calm under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs - MS Office & Excel
  • Knowledge in Netsuite and Resrequest will be an added advantage
